Given the resurgence of COVID-19 around the country, we felt it was timely to make this our topic for the November meeting. Even if we have enough time to talk about this during the meeting, the information will continue to be relevant well after the meeting and the conversation should continue. Here's the rough outline of our questions: - What is the current state of COVID-19 and your offerings/interventions? - What did you learn from the first round of offerings/interventions? - What are you reinvigorating/reviving from the first round? - What new offerings/interventions are you planning?

The needs of our workforce are constantly changing. What's emerging as a trending need? What topic(s) or issue(s) might be the next big hurdle?

What model of care does your team use and why? Have you modified one or merged a couple? Psychological First Aid? Stress First Aid? Critical Incident Stress Management? PsySTART? Penn Resilience Program?

What's in your SSRT job descriptions? What specific qualifications, trainings, affiliations, education do you require?

Who/how does your SSRT fit into your organization? Was that intentional? If so, why? What are the pros and cons of that structure? If you could change your reporting structure, would you? How? Why? It would be especially helpful to include the relationship to: Human Resources, Risk/Legal, Safety, and behavioral/mental health.

Hi everyone! Welcome to the Staff Support and Resilience Team Collaborative Forum. My name is Bernie; I use he/him pronouns. I'm the Program Manager for Resilience & Connections at Seattle Children's Hospital. This space started after our Staff Support Team began researching different models of care and didn't find an established community of professionals we could ask questions of and share information with. Please introduce yourself to the group! Then feel free to start a new topic with a question you have or information you'd like to share.
